Retail And Office
Retail units, offices, restaurants and condominium interiors. Work is staged around trading hours, building rules and elevator bookings, so the landlord and the neighbouring units stay operational while your unit comes apart.
Working In A Live Building
Taking a unit apart inside an occupied building is a logistics problem before it is a demolition problem. Elevator bookings, loading dock windows, fire alarm isolation and dust separation all sit on the critical path, and every one of them belongs to somebody else.
We build the sequence around those constraints first, then work backwards to the machine plan. Negative air and hoarding keep the dust inside your unit rather than in the mall. Material leaves through the dock on booked slots, so a strip out that would take four days empty takes six days live, and we say so in the quote rather than discovering it in week two.
Where the scope reaches structure, load bearing wall removal needs shoring designed and stamped, and where the unit predates 1990 the asbestos removal happens before any of it.
