Driveways, slabs, footings and foundation walls broken out and hauled, or crushed on site and reused as fill. Reinforcement is separated for recycling rather than going to landfill with the rest.
Concrete is heavy, and haulage is priced by weight, so on a large slab the disposal can cost more than the breaking. Where there is room for a crusher and a use for the product, processing on site removes most of that cost and leaves you with usable fill instead of a tipping bill.
It is not always the answer: a small driveway does not justify mobilising the plant, and some municipalities restrict it. We price both ways and show you the difference rather than defaulting to whichever suits us.
