Every Kind Of Work
Houses, storefronts, warehouses, interiors, concrete and site work. One contractor for the survey, the permit, the abatement and the disposal, rather than four numbers that do not add up.
How We Work
Demolition goes wrong at the joins. The survey company finds asbestos, the abatement firm clears it, the demolition crew turns up and finds the utilities are still live, and each of them is right about their own scope while the programme slips a month.
Running it as one job removes those joins: one survey, one sequence, one set of paperwork and one person to ask. It also means the price includes the parts that usually arrive as variations, because we have already looked at them.
Residential work runs under residential demolition, commercial under commercial demolition, and interiors under interior demolition.
How It Runs
What is there, in writing, before a price.
Permit filed, notification period started.
Abatement first, then the demolition.
Site swept, waste weighed and documented.
Local Detail
Every municipality runs its own filing and notification requirements, and the utility providers set their own disconnection lead times regardless of what anybody local wants. The gas cap is almost always the longest item, commonly running weeks rather than days, and the electricity disconnection is not far behind.
Because those are requested by the property owner rather than the contractor, nothing starts until the calls are made. We tell you the order on the first call so the clocks run in parallel rather than one after another.
Filing detail sits under demolition permits, survey work under asbestos removal, and pricing under demolition cost.

They told me on day one that the gas cap would take six weeks, not the demolition. That was the whole schedule and they were right.
Quoted a full removal rather than a partial fill, and explained why the cheaper option would show up on a survey later.
The asbestos survey came back positive on the floor tile. They stopped, abated it, gave me the paperwork, then carried on.
Lot was swept and the debris weighed out with a recycling breakdown. Neighbours never complained once about dust.
